The former Miami Dolphins player paid $795,000 for the property in March 2019, making him a profit of about $400,000.

Landry’s old property is a four-bedroom seaside house with just under 3,000 square feet that was built in 1998.

It boasts a large living room, a contemporary kitchen with high-end appliances, and a formal dining room.

The main bathroom has opulent twin vanities and a spacious bathtub, while the main bedroom has views of the backyard and swimming pool.

A sizable terrace surrounds the swimming pool and hot tub in the backyard.

There is a three-car garage as well.

After joining the Cleveland Browns in 2018, Landry also earned more than $350,000 on a house he purchased in Ohio.

Following a one-year stint with the New Orleans Saints last season, the Louisiana native is searching for a new NFL team.

Landry played in nine games in 2022 due to an ankle ailment.

The 30-year-old, who played in five Pro Bowls and finished 2017 as the NFL’s leading receiver, is one of the top free agents available.
