Diddy sold the $7 million mansion where ex-girlfriend Kim Porter used to live

For one of his two homes in Los Angeles, Diddy is asking $7 million. 2009 saw the 2006 clapboard classic sell for $5.3 million. It was never the home of the music mogul.

Rather, it was occupied for years by Kim Porter, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend and the mother of four of his six children. November 2018 saw Porter’s death in the mansion.

The East Coast traditional home’s listing images show vacant rooms. A 2011 Cadillac Escalade in the driveway appears to be Porter’s only estate relic.

Diddy is requesting $7 million for one of his two Los Angeles houses. The 2006 clapboard classic brought $5.3 million at auction in 2009. It was never the music mogul’s house.

Instead, Kim Porter, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend and the mother of four of his six children, lived there for many years. Porter passed away in the estate in November 2018.

“[This] stunning traditional is ready for the next owner’s updated finishes,” states the Porter estate listing. The house is huge and impressive.

Six bedrooms have ensuite baths in the 10,000-square-foot mansion. The double-height foyer’s crystal chandelier, checkerboard marble floors, and curved staircase impress guests.

Ebony hardwood floors, a large living room with a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless appliances, a screening room, and an upstairs primary bedroom suite with a private balcony, fireplace, and spa-style bath are found throughout the residence.

The property features raised jacuzzi, sycamore trees, boxwood hedges, sports court, backyard fireplace, al fresco dining loggia, dark-bottomed pool, and Baja sundeck.

Diddy’s net worth of $800 million allows him to buy almost any kind of mansion. The billionaire has a $39 million house in Holmby Hills.

Having bought a 13,000-square-foot estate from Gloria Estefan in 2003, he also owns a $35 million house on Miami’s Star Island this summer.
