Chance the Rapper spent $2.3M to buy a mansion in the suburb of Bannockburn for his wife and children

According to sources, Chance the Rapper and his spouse recently paid $2.3 million (about $30 miles north of Chicago) for a 9,251 square foot home in Bannockburn, Illinois.

 

The Chicago Tribune reports that on September 14, the three-time Grammy winner and his spouse purchased the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom residence. They had previously lived in another rental house nearby.

Prior to this acquisition, the couple, according to the publication, had been residing with his wife in a six,721-square-foot, five-bedroom house in Bannockburn.

The house, which was built in 1996 and sits on 3.71 acres of land, is described as having a 4-car garage, a library, a sauna, a movie theater, and an outdoor swimming pool.
