According to PEOPLE, the 40-year-old Grammy winner is officially selling his $22.5 million Miami Beach property.

Allison Island is the location of Weezy’s previous Florida residence, which is 10,632 square feet in size with retractable glass walls that open to the fully furnished backyard. According to Top 10 Real Estate Deals, the 23,760-square-foot site features a built-in BBQ, a beach cabana, an al fresco eating area, and a swimming pool that overlooks 110 feet of waterfront and a private dock.

Cyril Matz of Douglas Elliman first listed the property and demanded $29.5 million.
