According to reports, Katie Price intends to sell her filthy mansion in order to purchase her “dream home” in Yorkshire.
The 45-year-old beauty model, who presently resides close to Horsham, West Sussex, is rumored to wish to relocate 230 miles north following her second bankruptcy filing.
It seems that she is targeting a £2.5 million home located in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
The mansion is believed to have six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a movie room, an indoor pool, a large triple garage, and a view of a verdant golf course.
Reality personality Katie suffered in her run-down Sussex house and even produced a documentary series on Channel 4 about the vandalized and unusable mansion in 2022, dubbed Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion.

It’s understood that JJ Slater, 31, the previous groom from Married At First Sight UK, is eager to sell his Essex house and move to Yorkshire with Katie.
“Katie is tired of the Mucky Mansion and sees no future there now,” a source told The Sun.
She believes that this might be the perfect house for her to move into.
It’s unclear how it would work given her financial difficulties, but she believes this is happening.
For a response, MailOnline reached out to Katie’s agents.
Katie had a net worth of £45 million, but she was declared bankrupt twice in as many years—first in 2019 and again last month—due to a purported £762,000 tax debt.
At a London court hearing, she did not show up to give an explanation for her nonpayment of any money to HMRC.
After an official from HMRC stated that she has not paid any money owed or replied to any correspondence since the claim for the unpaid tax was made last year, a judge at the High Court determined that she should be declared bankrupt.

Katie Price responds to the story of her bankruptcy on Straight to the Comments
Price is being pursued by creditors for a £3.2 million payment related to the demise of her company, Jordan Trading Ltd., which is the reason for her second bankruptcy.
At the High Court Rolls Building, Judge Sebastion Prentis announced that Price had received a petition on November 27, 2023, demanding £761,994.05.
The enormous sum consists of penalties and surcharges in addition to overdue tax from her self-assessment on her earnings from 2020 to 2022.
She owing £142,405 in taxes for 2020–2021 and £196,735 for 2021–2022, the court was informed.
In addition, the judge stated that she owed £140,000 in unpaid VAT and noted that “no payment has been made,” similar to the unpaid tax.
HMRC served Katie with documents in October alerting her to the outstanding debt; she has not replied to the demand.
“I will make a bankruptcy order because Miss Price owes a substantial debt to HMRC,” the judge declared.
In 2019, Katie’s firm failed, causing her to become famous for disobeying her surgically altered physique while traveling abroad.

She has failed to appear at an insolvency hearing on six previous occasions with the model submitting an excuse for her no show each time.
Creditors are owed the £3.2million from her company selling perfume and cosmetics.
A HMRC source said every effort will be made to recover the money and if not paid then assets owed by Price will be seized.
The debt to HMRC could see her lose her £2million mansion dubbed ‘Mucky Mansion’ after it fell into a state of disrepair.
