Michael B. Jordan is selling his ranch-style home in the Royal Estates section of Encino for $12.9M

Michael B. Jordan will make his directorial debut with Creed III, which opens in theaters this March. However, in the interim, he has added the position of house flipper to his resume.

The actor recently listed his farmhouse-style home in Encino’s Royal Estates neighborhood for $12.9 million, eight months after buying the SoCal property. Even though the house was built in 2021, Jordan paid $12.5 million for it back in May and has since invested nearly $500,000 on renovations.

According to Andrew Mortaza of the Agency, who co-lists the property with Bryan Castaneda, the house has new security and cooling systems. He made this revelation in an interview with The Wall Street Journal.

The estate features ten complete bathrooms, eight bedrooms, and 12,300 square feet of living area. Situated behind two gates, it occupies half an acre. On the grounds are a detached massage room, a two-story guest house, and a cabana.

Among its amenities are a temperature-controlled wine room with glass walls, an elevator, a gym, and a soundproof movie theater. Another impressive feature is the specially created kitchen, which has two islands, modern appliances, and opulent cupboards.

What truly draws people in is the main suite, which features not one, not two, but three massive dressing rooms, a fireplace, and two bathrooms. “That’s the biggest ‘wow’ factor for people when they walk through,” claims Mortaza. Given that Jordan is well-known for being a sneakerhead, it’s not all that shocking that Dirt reports there is an entire wardrobe dedicated to shoes.

Throughout, sliding glass doors open to the backyard, maximizing the nice environment of Los Angeles. The pavilion has a zero-edge pool, a kitchen, and a couch near the water.

It’s unknown why the actor is selling his house; perhaps he wants to make a profit or, depending on how well the film does, he has his sights set on something better. Not to mention that he recently appeared in one of the highest-grossing movies ever, so he has lots of money to spend.
