Draymond Green drags Miami Heat guard Patty Mills down by the NECK – just three months after Warriors star’s return from indefinite ban for hitting Suns’ Jusuf Nurkic in the face

Just three months after Draymond Green’s return from an indefinite sentence for striking Suns center Jusuf Nurkic in the face, the Warriors star was spotted dragging Miami Heat guard Patty Mills down by the neck during Tuesday’s game between the two teams.

The incident happened during the first quarter of Golden State’s away game in Miami. Green was attempting to advance in the paint to block a shot from Heat big Bam Adebayo when he became trapped up with Mills.

After that, one of the two officials for the game blew his whistle, and the foul was examined to see if it qualified as a flagrant. Green approached the referees to аrgue his point before they moved to the review screens, not exactly delighted about the whole situation.

The 34-year-old four-time NBA champion was ultimately exonerated because the referees upheld their call of a common foul.

The 34-year-old, two-time NBA champion was given a 12-game suspension for striking Jusuf Nurkic in December.

Adebayo’s make was also disregarded by the referees because they determined that the illegаl contact occurred prior to the shot.

The no-flagrant-call on Green, however, confused Miami’s broadcast team, who referred to the foul as a “dangerous play.”

Punching Nurkic during a Warriors-Suns game on December 12 resulted in Green missing 12 games. Green has already been fined and disciplined twice this season for his in-game aggressions.

In his first news conference after returning from a protracted suspension, the player, who stated that he thought about giving up basketball during his sentence, pledged to get better on the court.

Given that Green’s behavior on Tuesday further undermined his credibility, several fans are still dubious about his assertions.
