Inside Ja Morant’s $3M home in Eads, Tenn

Currently, Ja Morant represents the Memphis Grizzlies as a brand. Since entering the NBA, Morant has distinguished himself by earning Rookie of the Year accolades and then winning Most Improved Player of the Year. However, his reputation suffered greatly after he twice posted pictures of a gun on social media in 2023. Eight games were suspended after the first incident. A penalty of 25 games was imposed after the second occurrence.

Ja Morant can escape to his $3 million estate in Eads, Tennessee, fortunately, when he’s not playing in the NBA.

Given that Morant has spent his whole NBA career with the Grizzlies, it is not surprising that he eventually decided to buy a house in Tennessee. Morant signed a five-year, $193 million contract extension with the Grizzlies in 2022 after guiding Memphis to the second round of the playoffs and earning All-NBA accolades. Shortly after signing the contract, Morant spent $3.05 million to purchase a 13,000 square foot estate in Eads, Tennessee.

In addition to its interior amenities, Morant’s house has a lot of outdoor living areas. In addition to a basketball court and outdoor dining area, the property offers a pool. Morant can also enjoy a stunning view of a local lake from the property.
