Inside Miami Heat All-Star Jimmy Butler’s $7.45M New Mansion

According to the South Florida Business Journal, Jimmy Butler, a great player for the Miami Heat, has moved into a new apartment. The All-Star forward spent a whopping $7.45 million to get his jersey.

Butler, as we have reported, has been looking for a new residence. In 2021, he allegedly sold his previous Miami property for $7.1 million to a new owner. For the athlete, who had taken up the spread for $4.5 million in 2019, the selling represented a handsome payoff.

Not that he needs money or anything. Last year, the six-time All-Star and the Heat agreed to a four-year, $184 million deal extension.

It seems that “Jimmy Buckets” has landed a new crib in addition to a new contract, most likely because he was searching for a somewhere even more private to retire to while he wasn’t on the court.

The ad refers to this European-inspired building as “the best location in Miami,” although there are twelve in the guarded Stonegate neighborhood. Its occupants take pleasure in their own park and tennis court.

Oak hardwood floors, crown moldings, high ceilings, and designer finishes are examples of details. A library, a bar, formal rooms, fireplaces, and a gourmet kitchen are all features of the arrangement. In addition, a three-car garage exists.
