NBA star Terance Mann bought a mansion in Los Angeles worth $4.8M to bring his mother and younger brother to live with him

The Los Angeles Clippers’ fan favorite Terance Mann has bought a modern farmhouse-style property in the Tarzana district of the San Fernando Valley. Public documents show that the shooting guard purchased the brand-new property at a slightly lower sum of $4.8 million.

The two-story home was constructed in 2022 and features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms distributed across almost 6,300 square feet of living space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, designer lighting, and glass doors that provide seamless indoor-outdoor environments. There is a movie theater, a wet bar with a wine refrigerator, and an office with its own entrance.

Mann’s recently purchased home sits on a nearly half-acre fenced and gated lot. A motorcourt and a three-car garage are accessible by a driveway tucked away to the side of the wood-sided, stone-accented house. The enormous front entry is approached by a walkway surrounded by a well-kept lawn. It opens into a lofty foyer that leads to a formal dining room with a dramatic wood-slat ceiling and a living room with a fireplace.

Additional highlights of the main level include an expansive family room with a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and built-in shelving, as well as access to a shaded patio that is ideal for outdoor lounging and entertaining. An adjacent gourmet kitchen features an expansive island with seating, high-end appliances, a breakfast alcove, and a walk-in pantry.

The upstairs master retreat has double doors leading to a marble bath with dual vanities, a dressing area, soaking tub, and large rainfall shower; outside, the mostly grassy backyard has an infinity-edge pool and spa next to a pool house equipped with a bath, as well as a kitchen/bar setup and fire-pit lounge. The master retreat also has dual showroom-style closets. Of course, the property also has a sports field.
