LeBron James might be prepared to absorb a slight loss in exchange for selling his massive colonial-style mansion in Los Angeles.
The 36-year-old NBA legend listed his Brentwood property for sale on Monday, seeking an incredible $20.5 million. The property was purchased by him in 2015 for $20,986,500.
The expansive 9,440 square foot property has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms in total.
Situated in the posh Rockingham Rim area, the gated residence was constructed in 2011 and is situated on the same street where O.J. Simpson lived when he killed Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson.
The property has undergone modernization and is equipped with modern conveniences.

In order to continue playing for the Los Angeles Lakers, James signed a two-year, $85 million contract extension in December. He agreed to a four-year, $154 million contract with the franchise in 2018 prior to this modification.
