Alongside colleague Damian Lillard, Giannis Antetokounmpo just took part in his eighth All-Star weekend. Both players were mainstays of All-Star weekend, with Antetokounmpo watching the action from courtside on Saturday as Lillard prevailed in the three-point shootout. On Sunday night, the two played once again for the Eastern Conference, with Lillard taking home the MVP award for the All-Star game.
At the final whistle, Antetokounmpo had scored 23 points with a +/- of 17, shooting 11 of 16 from the field. He did not earn his second MVP in an All-Star game for his effort. Despite being an eight-time All-Star, The Greek Freak’s fiancée was more pleased by something else.
