2 Chainz owns a series of luxurious and expensive mansions in the Hollywood Hills

Tauheed Epps, better known as 2 Chainz, is renowned for having taste. In his Viceland TV series “Most Expensivist,” the native of Georgia searched the country for pricey—but intriguing—items. He discovered $100,000 martinis with vodka filled with diamonds, a $11,000 motorized surfboard, and $125 to $150 grams of gold-coated popcorn.

It follows that the singer’s opulent living space is not shocking. The emerging real estate entrepreneur invested $517,000 to refurbish a 22-acre Mediterranean-style property that was foreclosed on in Palmetto, Georgia, a decade ago. In 2016, he paid Grammy-winning rock guitarist Steve Vai over $2.5 million for opulent residences in Beachwood Canyon, Los Angeles.

2 Chainz just spent $3.8 mιllιon for a larger home in the same location as the Vai residence. The luxurious property, which Eva Longoria bought in 2006 for $3.6 mιllιon and sold 12 years later for $436,000, is a mix of contemporary and Mediterranean designs.

In a gated community on a nearly quarter-acre parcel with a two-car garage, the white stucco structure has six bedrooms and nine baths in nearly 9,000 square feet of light-filled living space with hardwood and tile floors, soaring ceilings, arched windows, and a stunning spiral staircase spanning all four levels.
