Lendl, 63, earned his fortune as one of the greatest tennis players of his generation.
Andy Murray’s former coach Ivan Lendl has sold his whopping estate

Over the course of his remarkable 16-year professional career, the Czech-born ace amassed an incredible £16.8 million in prize money.
That featured eight Grand Slams, ninety-four victories, and the Davis Cup before guiding Andy Murray to his three major achievements. It also included 270 weeks as the world No. 1 player.
Lendl listed his captivating 445-acre mansion in Connecticut for sale in the beginning of 2021.
And after a $12 million (£9.5 million) sale last Thursday, the tennis Hall of Famer gave the new owners the keys.
That smashes the record for the most expensive house sold in Litchfield County, according to CT Insider.
Architect Allan Greenberg created the remote pad in 1992 for Lendl and his wife Samantha, who are parents to five girls.
With a whooping twenty rooms, including ten bedrooms and fifteen bathrooms, the master bedroom boasts not one, but two walk-in wardrobes.
The enormous, three-story stone property at the end of a lengthy road also features a wine cellar, a library, an eat-in chef’s kitchen, a butler’s pantry, and even a trophy room.
The swimming pool, pond, tennis court with a new surface, sauna, and gym with changing rooms are just a few of the outside elements that are truly remarkable. Overlooking the two eight-car garages is an office.
The cherry on top is a stable yard building overlooking the Connecticut hills that has six horse stalls.
And because it is so large, the plot truly crosses the boundary into the states of Cornwall and Goshen.
The Lendls were searching for the perfect place with a combination of forest acreage and open space that they could use immediately, according to estate agent Elyse Harney Morris. They did an excellent job, in my opinion, in locating this.
It truly was a place in Litchfield County where one could live, work, and play in a very secluded atmosphere.
