Miami Heat vs. Phoenix Suns Takeaways: Bam Adebayo, Tyler Herro Battle Hardships In The Loss - Sports Illustrated Miami Heat News, Analysis and More

1. It was one of Bam Adebayo’s worst scoring games of the season.

One point less than his season low of seven points, Adebayo scored eight points by making three out of nine shots. But the All-Star big man helped in other ways as well, with 11 boards, five assists, and three blocks. His аttаck needs to get better if he wants the Heat to start winning games.

2. Tyler Herro’s problems with productivity are still a big problem.

The worst thing that people said about the former Sixth Man of the Year is still going on. He finished the night with 17 points, making just 29.4% of his shots and 5 of 12 from beyond the arc. His aggressiveness on offense can help the Heat, but not at a rate that isn’t useful.

3. Devin Booker and Bradley Beal had trouble making shots near the end of the game.

The star backcourt missed a lot of shots in the last quarter, but it didn’t change the result. Booker made 9 of 23 shots and scored 22 points, grabbed 8 rebounds, and gave out 7 assists. Beal, on the other hand, got 19 points by hitting 38.1% and making just 2 of 9 three-point shots.

4. Jimmy Butler needs his team to play as well as they can.

The famous old player is doing everything he can to help the Heat win. But it’s almost hard to do that because the team is having trouble in a lot of different ways. He scored 26 points, grabbed eight boards, and passed the ball four times. Butler is known for how well he plays in the playoffs, but they still haven’t broken their biggest losing streak of the season.

5. Terry Rozier showed what he could do.

In his first few games for Miami, Rozier had a rough stretch, but he showed what he could do. At the end of the game, he had 21 points, three assists, and had made 57.1 percent of his shots. Besides that, he made a highlight-reel play on Kevin Durant in the first few minutes.Anthony Pasciolla writes for Inside the Heat as a contributor.
