The Bucks and Kings played an absolutely wild game on Sunday night in Milwaukee, as the Bucks seemed to have full control after taking a 12-point lead in the early fourth quarter after sinking two technical free throws after Mike Brown absolutely lost his mind on a no-call against De’Aaron Fox.
However, that seemed to wake up the Kings, who reeled the Bucks in steadily before tying the game at the buzzer on a Fox layup following a missed free throw by Giannis — after the Bucks chose to foul up three early with 10 seconds on the clock.
The Kings shot out of the gates in overtime, jumping up to a six-point lead. However, Milwaukee rallied to get within a possession, fouling Fox with just under five seconds remaining. The Bucks had a chance when Fox Һit his second free throw after missing his first, but they had to go the whole length of the court to earn a bucket since they were out of timeouts. After Damian Lillard inbounded the ball, they had him go retrieve it right away. He darted across midcourt and went to his left, drawing up from far beyond the arc for a classic buzzer-beаter from Dаme.
It was an intense match and one of Lillard’s most memorable moments wearing a Bucks jersey—we’ve seen him do it often in Portland—but he now gets to send the Bucks supporters home triumphant with some heroics at the buzzer.
