Ronaldo already has a number of opulent residences throughout Europe.

In 2021, he started building a another £7 million mansion in Portugal to complement his opulent Madeira home.

In addition, he has properties in Madrid, Manchester, Turin, and Marbella in his portfolio.

The 38-year-old purchased a multi-million dollar home on the exclusive enclave, according to Bloomberg.

According to the article, Ronaldo is expected to have the mega-mansion finished sometime in 2024.

Rumor has it that it will cost at least £21 million.

But once SunSport contacted Ronaldo’s reps for comment, they took the decision to refute the rumors.

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner lives with Ronaldo’s three other children and has two children with girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez.

Prior to being the surrogate father of twins in 2017, Cristiano Jr., his oldest son, was born in 2010.

Nevertheless, in spite of the rumors, the family will not be residing on the island.

On the island, there is a 30,000 square meter mansion with six bedrooms, a private beach, and a showroom big enough to accommodate seven cars.

The property also has workers housing and a swimming pool with views of Dubai.

The ultra-wealthy of Dubai reside on Jumeirah Bay Island, also referred to as “Billionaire Island”.

The island’s nickname stems from the fact that there are more billionaires per square kilometer there than anywhere else in the United Arab Emirates.

There are upscale dining establishments, a yacht club, and a beach resort with direct oceanfront access within the gated enclave.

The ten mega-mansions on the island, which opened in 2017, were supposed to fetch a combined £430 million when they were sold.

Since the outbreak, property values on the artificial island have soared, according to the Khaleej Times.

A 24,500 square foot block of land on the beach was sold for a record £27 million in April of last year, exceeding the previous highest sale price of £19.5 million.

Ronaldo, meantime, was recently nominated for the FifPro World XI, a reward for his excellent goal-scoring season in Saudi Arabia.
