The Denver Nuggets will play the Detroit Pistons in Colorado on Sunday night.
Nikola Jokic made NBA history by passing Vern Fleming (4,293) and DeMar DeRozan (4,293) to become the 101st player to ever record the most assists.
After DeRozan and Fleming, Draymond Green will be the next player, which is 4,320.
In 36 games, Jokic had averaged 26.1 points, 11.9 rebounds, 9.1 assists, and 1.2 steals per game. He had also shot 56.9% from the field and 34.2% from three-point range.
With a 25-12 record through 37 games, the Nuggets are in third place in the Western Conference.

Next, the Nuggets will play the Jazz in Salt Lake City, which is across the desert.
Jokic is in his ninth season in the NBA, and all nine have been with the Nuggets. Last year, he led the team to the NBA Championship.
