Easter was special for the Wades on April 9. Dwyane Wade, Gabrielle Union, and their 4-year-old daughter Kaavia watched Udonis Haslem, Wade’s longtime colleague and godfather, play his final season regular game after a 20-year career. The veteran NBA player’s farewell game was attended by former Miami Heat teammates and fans.

Wade wore a red Valentino windbreaker and shorts, while Kaavia wore a white tank, black leather shorts, and little red Jordans with Easter bunny ears. Gabrielle, however, sported a sandaled black slip dress.

On social media, her parents posted photographs and videos of Kaavia wearing a Haslem jersey during the game and cuddling her godfather, who congratulated the gifted tot for attending. For over 20 years, Wade and Haslem have been buddies. The latter met Kaavia a month after her birth in 2018 as her godfather. “She was sound asleep but I had no problem expressing to her how serious I take my role in her life,” he posted on Facebook in December 2018. “I promised her I’d always be present and sаy yes when her dad Dwyane Wade says no.”
