Adjacent to Brady’s now under-construction “Billionaire’s bunker” in Indian Creek is the $15.9 million apartment.

According to Creative Lofting, it was the 46-year-old’s residence after his well-publicized split from Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen in October 2022.

Brady reportedly paid $60,000 in rent, according to The Real Deal.

The apartment measures 4,103 square feet and is located on the ninth floor of the Fendi Chateau Residences.

With breathtaking ten-foot ceilings, three bedrooms, and four and a half marble-filled bathrooms, it overlooks the Atlantic.

Its expansive open-concept living and dining area makes the most of the corner location thanks to full-height windows.

Several ovens, a wine refrigerator, a sizable stone island, and a breakfast bar with views of Surfside are all features of the modern kitchen.

Additionally, there’s a separate snug with a big couch and TV of its own.

The apartment’s huge wrap-around balcony, which offers a view of Surfside and the ocean beyond the beach, is the cherry on top.

Brady would have had access to the building’s restaurant, kid’s club, massage room, sauna, steam room, and gym outside of the apartment.

Compass’s Mendel Fellig is the property’s agent.

Brady is building yet another gorgeous house in Brentwood, California, in addition to his Indian Creek estate.

Pictures recently obtained by The U.S. Sun purport to reveal that the home, which is close to his former residence with Bundchen, is nearing completion.

The contemporary, two-story, 14,000-square-foot house has numerous glass walls and terraces to enjoy the California sun.

There also seemed to be the outline of a sizable pool in the backyard.
