Tyler Herro scored 21 points and Duncan Robinson scored 11 of his 13 in the fourth quarter as the Miami Heat defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 110-96 on Wednesday.
Jaime Jaquez Jr. scored 16, Nikola Jovic and Bam Adebayo scored 15, and all eight Miami players scored in double digits. Kevin Love had a season-high 14 rebounds and 10 points.
Miami missed Jimmy Butler for the sixth time in seven games due to right foot pаin.
Los Angeles’ Anthony Davis scored 29 and grabbed 18. Austin Reaves scored 24.
The Heat were 14 of 24 in the fourth quarter, including 6 of 11 on 3-pointers, after shooting 39.1% in the first three.
The Lakers fell for the ninth time in 12 games after going 4 of 30 on 3-pointers and committing 15 of 22 turnovers in the first half. LeBron James scored 12 points on 6 of 18 shooting.
The Heat led 43-31 with 4:22 left in the first half after Love’s steаl-and-layup.
Miami led 43-35 at halftime before the Lakers steadily rallied. LA’s Christian Wood’s driving layup and free throw to complete a 3-point play took them within 74-72 early in the fourth quarter, but Miami rallied with a 10-2 run led by Robinson and Jaquez.
The Heat took it out with a four-minute 15-6 surge halfway through the fourth quarter.
