It’s time for Ellen DeGeneres to bid adieu to yet another Santa Barbara, California, residence. 

The former talk show presenter, who has already bought and sold several Montecito houses, has officially listed her 11,530-square-foot mansion for $46.5 million. She bought it in June of this year. 

The property, which covers eight acres, has six distinct areas: the main home, two guest houses, a pool house, an art studio, and a staff office. It was constructed in 1919 and provides breathtaking views of the neighboring mountains and the Pacific Ocean. 

The expansive property boasts a chardonnay vineyard, private gardens, a tennis court, a wine cellar, and more amenities.
