Marvel at Carmelo Anthony’s incredible 13,000-square-foot mansion in Westchester

In the NBA’s contemporary period, Carmelo Anthony used to be one of its most prolific scorers. Anthony, the forward with the beautiful shooting stroke, was selected for six NBA All-Star teams and made ten appearances in All-Star Games. Not to mention his trio of gold medals from the Olympics. Carmelo received $3 million for the sale of his previous Beverley Grove, California, property earlier this year.

Ever ponder what a retired NBA player may be like? We’re going to find out soon, though. Carmelo Anthony’s 13,000-square-foot Westchester, New York estate is featured in this article.

Carmelo has a passion for homes and architecture. Before, he lived in a 4,500-square-foot apartment in Chelsea, New York. While playing for the Knicks, the native of New York appreciated the space, but he soon realized he would need more when he retired.

He states, “My own personal [rotating] art gallery was the idea for the house [and the vision for] this space.” A multitude of artworks and decor pieces from different eras, continents, and styles can be found all over the house.

Event coordinator and designer Cassandre Bonhomme helped him with the interior decor of his house. “I enjoy experimenting with new things,” Bonhomme says. “I want to be more than just boring or bland.”

These are pictures of Carmelo Anthony’s amazing 13,000-square-foot Westchester estate.

The dining room has a custom table and was in Carmelo’s old office in Red Hook in Brooklyn.

Carmelo kept most kitchen elements the same, except for a large Hebru Brantley painting of the popular rap group N.W.A.

Carmelo likes to show off artifacts from his various travels around the world. He is most proud of figurines from his journeys in Africa.

Carmelo’s office is the dream of any individual who has to do work from home. He has custom chairs and desks that he designed himself and a Nathaniel Mary Quinn painting on the wall.

The music room is one of Anthony’s favorite elements of the house. A perfect representation of the “modern vintage” aesthetic.

Despite growing up in New York where there isn’t much outdoor room, Anthony loves to have a space where he can relax in the summer. His new backyard includes a pool and basketball court.

Anthony’s bedroom is completed with a custom bed that is fashioned to accommodate his 6-foot-7 frame.

Is there anyone who wouldn’t want this space in their home? One of the hardest things about the transfer, according to Anthony and Bonhomme, was keeping his collection of vintage shoes organized. They transformed a bedroom into an enormous shoe storage area.

The bar is incorporated with Anthony’s favorite color, red. He has red velvet seat coverings and a red leather loveseat.

One of Anthony’s heroes is adorned on the walls of his first-floor bathroom. The wallpaper includes licensed replicas of Andy Warhol’s depiction of Muhammad Ali.
