Inside Rod Stewart’s $80M luxury mansion with private soccer field in Beverly Park

After paying $12,085,454 for the site in 1991, Stewart engaged architect Richard Landry to design and construct the magnificent English country mansion that stands today.

Known as “The Megamansion King,” Landry has created extravagant mansions for athletes and celebrities such as Sugar Ray Leonard, boxing great Wayne Gretzky, Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, Michael Bolton, and others.

The discerning clientele of Beverly Park likewise appears to favor Richard Landry as their architect of choice. Landry constructed a large number of the expansive celebrity homes, including the former houses of Stallone and Wahlberg, that line the posh, tree-lined lanes of the neighborhood.

Landry built an English country-style estate for “Rod the Mod” Stewart that appears to have been the Duke’s rural home on Bridgerton.
