Arsenio Hall enjoys life in his large mansion in the Calabasas area of Los Angeles for $5.2M

Arsenio Hall has decided to list his feature-rich estate in the Tarzana region of the San Fernando Valley for sale. He recently paid $5.2 million for a modern farmhouse-style home in the Calabasas area of Los Angeles.

It is alleged that the 66-year-old comedian, actor, and former talk show presenter is asking little less than $5.3 million for the modern property. This amount is far less than the $11 million that he allegedly paid Sean Murray, star of “NCIS,” for it just over a year ago, not long after it was first built.

Arsenio Hall rose to fame with “The Arsenio Hall Show,” a television program that aired from 1989 to 1994, as well as his roles in the films “Coming to America” and “Harlem Nights.”

Situated on a flat plot of land spanning over a third of an acre, the property features a white stucco and dark brown-trimmed structure with a spacious motor court and a three-car garage, all hidden behind fences and gates.

The two-story living space, encompassing 6,500 square feet, boasts hardwood floors, high ceilings, designer lighting, and floor-to-ceiling Fleetwood glass sliding doors. The residence comprises six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, accessible through 12-foot-tall double entrance doors.

A formal dining room leads to a covered terrace that’s ideal for outdoor entertainment, and is connected to a living area that’s enhanced by a hidden linear fireplace hidden behind a wood accent wall.

A floating staircase that conceals a wine closet may be found at the grand entry. Custom cabinets, two sizable quartz islands with cascading edges, top-tier Thermador appliances, and a walk-in pantry can be found in the adjoining gourmet kitchen.

The home also has two walk-in closets, a large bathroom with a separate wet room, soaking tub, and shower, a cinema room, a multipurpose room that can be used as an office or lounge, and a large master bedroom upstairs with a marble fireplace and private balcony.

The turf-covered backyard features a sport court, a zero-edge pool, a Jacuzzi with a Baja ledge, a kitchen and barbeque area, and a fire pit. There are also two guesthouses with solar panel systems and Control4 automation, one of which has been turned into a gym.
