Nelly, whose real name is Cornell Iral Haynes Jr., is asking only $600,000 for his vacant estate in Wildwood, Missouri.

 

The house was bought by the 46-year-old rapper in 2002 with the idea of selling it, but it appears that both the residence and the project have been shelved.

Nelly, who was reared in the St. Louis region, supposedly had plans to remodel the home with the assistance of a contractor buddy, as reported by TMZ. Rather, the intended changes were never initiated. The property has been in bad shape for a long time.

The rapper of “Ride with Me” wants to stop losing money now and move on from the project. Thursday was the first day the house was put up for sale. When Nelly purchased the mansion, the asking price was an astounding $2,499,000. But it’s unclear how much the performer was paid for it.

The 1998-constructed structure is around 30 miles from St. Louis and just a short drive from Eureka’s Hidden Valley Ski Resort. The mansion has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and 10,799 square feet. It is situated on a 12-acre lot.

The home boasts three car garage, a private basketball court, an abundance of entertaining space, and a view of the Meramec River valley.
