The Post can reveal that two months after Kim Kardashian formally put the marital residence entirely under her name, Kanye West purchased a one-story home across the street.
It seems he desired the modest five-bedroom, four-bathroom home so much that he paid $4.5 million, which was $421,000 more than the seller had requested.
The rapper is also in for a lucky break, as the five-bedroom, four-bathroom Hidden Hills home went up for sale for $4.079 million on December 1st, its first time on the market in 67 years.
According to documents, West, 44, closed on the house on December 20 under the LLC Spruce Blue Trust.
Additionally, this house transaction was mostly for the children of the former spouse, despite the fact that the “Donda” singer has voiced his desire to “get his family back together,” a source told The Post.
“It’s just simple logistics so that he is close to his children and has access to them at the drop of a hat,” the insider said.
But it looks like the home will be in need of some upgrades, as it appears to be a far cry from what the Kardashian-West clan are used to.

The same owners lived in the home ever since the property, which has been well maintained, was built in 1955.
The front lawn was recently replaced with a drought-resistant AstroTurf and the existing kitchen was remodeled in 2005 and includes an island.

Additionally, West offered one of his two cherished Wyoming ranches for $11 million before to making this move. The ranch is still up for sale.
Additionally, in September, West paid an astounding $57.3 million to purchase an opulent modern Malibu mansion.
Compass representatives Tommy Fridman represented the buyer, while Melissa and Jason Improta handled the listing.
