Actor Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson once lived in a resort-style Gold Coast mansion that is scheduled to go up for auction.
The expansive waterfront luxury property was hired by the 50-year-old Fast & Furious star in 2014, during the filming of San Andreas in Queensland.
Situated in the upscale Island of Capri district of Surfers Paradise, this enormous six-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion is being sold off-market without a price tag.
Constructed in the 1990s on the Nerang River by businessman Doug Spong, the stunning estate was last sold for $15.5 million in 2016, according to realestate.com.
The design elements, which are intended to evoke the feeling of a Balinese “island paradise,” include opulent timber finishes, enormous atriums, and roomy living areas with breathtaking views of the water.
