Tyrese Gibson sells his Los Angeles mansion with a Transformers sculpture in the backyard for almost $3M

Actor Tyrese Gibson of Fast & Furious sold his Woodland Hills property, just outside of Los Angeles, California, for around $3 million.

He received $2,895,000 for the expansive mansion, TMZ reports, less than his $3.5 million listed price from May 2021. When he first purchased the home in 2010, it was for $1.385 million. The expansive estate features a huge swimming pool, a Transformers monument in the backyard, and seven gorgeous bedrooms.

The celebrity revealed the death of his mother, Priscilla Murray Gibson.

The property is still in escrow, and the listing was provided by Jason Oppenheim of Oppenheim Group, according to the website.

The most striking aspect of the 43-year-old celebrity’s residence is definitely the enormous sculpture of the Bumblebee Transformer, also known as the kind-hearted “autobot,” which is located in the garden close to the swimming pool.

With five bedrooms and 5,225 square feet, the property is opulent and features 26-foot ceilings.

The enormous state-of-the-art kitchen boasts a marble countertop island and stainless steel appliances.

As for the master suite, it features dual walk-in closets, and the attached bathroom includes a steam shower and soaking tub.
