This is a pricey item!
There are some of the priciest and most exclusive residences in Africa found on Banana Island. Additionally, it has the greatest concentration of billionaires on the continent. Actually, this island is home to thirty-six private jet owners.
We’ll be exploring one of the most opulent buildings on Banana Island today. It is known as the Giuliano de’ Medici, named for the Medici family, a prominent family who personified the values and ideals of the Florence Renaissance.
The Giuliano features two of Lagos’ greatest penthouses as well as eight opulent five-bedroom terrace apartments. It also contains a general pool, a movie theater, and a three-car garage.
One of the biggest performers in Africa, singer Davido, has bought a unit in this multimillion-dollar house.
Sujimoto Constructions, a leading luxury real estate development company in Africa, created the design for this structure.
Are you prepared to view the opulent home that Davido has moved into? It is both extremely pricey and gorgeous. I’m eager to reveal it to you. All set to dive in? Next, let’s move!

It has a total of 10 apartments, 2 on the rooftop which are the penthouse apartments and 8 5 bedroom luxury terrace apartments. It costs $1,500,000 per apartment which in Naira today will equal just about N561,000,000.
It’s a really massive house.
The Pool
The Pool is about 5 feet tall and gorgeous.
Security
The house is fully equipped with CCTV cameras. Also, to now get into Banana Island, they change the security code every hour. So if you’re not a resident, you won’t be able to have access to the residential area or if you don’t know somebody who stays there who can give you the code, you won’t be able to get access to the estate.
So security wise, this is one the most secure estates in Lagos.
Also a nice little feature this has is the electronic gate. The gate is electronic so you don’t have to get down from your car or hire a gateman. All you need is your gate remote control. One press and it opens, you’re in and no one else can get in except they have that remote control.
Inside The House.
The front door of each apartment has a key card like you’ll find in hotels. Once you open the front door, there is the elevator, inside your house. Insane!
The main living room is spacious and gorgeous.
The kitchen is state of the art. Beautifully finished, induction cookers, luxorious.
There is a control panel from where the entire house can be controlled. You know, like something you see in those oyibo films. The house has electronic curtains that open and close by the click of a button.
There are several other living rooms around the house if you want to just hangout with your family in a different part of the house.
The master bedroom has it’s own personal living room area. The room is spacious. Look at it, it screams luxury!
It also has a walk-in closet! Yeah, that’s when you know a house is expensive. When the house has a whole walk-in closet. Which by the way has always fascinated me because how many clothes could I possibly own so much so that I’d need a whole separate room just to store them. I guess, these are the problems of the rich, what do I know?
Below are pictures from the guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and other parts of the house. Check it out. Bask in the pictures.
Undeniably, this is a beautiful house!
To watch a virtual tour of the house, you can check out the video below. It’s a really stunning house and if pictures don’t do it justice, then maybe you can check out a video to see.
