As the 2023-24 NBA season approaches, Nike is set to launch a new signature shoe in collaboration with FaZe Clan, joining forces once again with LeBron James. The upcoming release is the Nike LeBron Witness 8, and it’s about to debut with a special “Lakers” edition.

 

Honoring the iconic Lakers color scheme, this “Lakers” colorway incorporates a blend of black, university gold, and field purple. The shoe features a predominantly black mesh base, complemented by tumbled leather eyestay overlays, while purple accents adorn the tongue, laces, vamp overlays, and collar.

 

To enhance the purple and gold theme, university gold highlights are applied to the Swoosh and eyelets. LeBron James’ signature lion emblem is outlined in gold on the tongue tag.

 

The shoe is equipped with a black midsole that houses a visible Air Max unit in the heel, and it boasts a purple rubber outsole for exceptional traction.

 

The Nike LeBron Witness 8 “Lakers” is set to hit stores and become available online at Nike in October, retailing for $110 USD. Stay tuned for its arrival.
